H. A. M. Ekram is a Lecturer in the Department of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. His professional interests encompass Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource Management, Innovation, and Industry–Academia Collaboration. He is actively engaged in academic coordination, strategic initiatives, industry partnerships, startup ecosystem development, and entrepreneurship education. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, HRM Practices and Employee Behaviour, Industrial Relations, and Entrepreneurship. His work focuses on bridging academic knowledge with industry practices and fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
