Overview

Md. Didarul Alam is a Lecturer in the Department of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Daffodil International University. He holds BBA and MBA degrees in Human Resource Management from the University of Chittagong and brings professional experience in both HR and higher education. Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and student development, he strives to inspire students to think creatively, embrace entrepreneurship, and transform ideas into meaningful impact. His academic and professional interests include Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, and entrepreneurship. Through student mentoring, startup development, and industry–academia collaboration, he is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where students can discover their potential, build confidence, and prepare to become responsible and innovative future leaders.
